Adam Marley is the Managing Director of Ensigna Construction and a highly respected construction professional with extensive experience delivering complex Design & Build projects across education, healthcare, residential and public-sector environments.

As a member of Ensigna’s Executive Leadership Team, Adam holds responsibility for operational performance, statutory compliance and strategic governance across the business.

Adam holds the CIOB Principal Contractor Competency Scheme (PCCS) qualification through the Chartered Institute of Building, a formal demonstration of competency under the Building Safety Act for Principal Contractor duty holder responsibilities.
